I sent the flowers to my daughter-in-law for her 50th birthday. Unfortunately she went to Mexico yesterday. I told my granddaughter to mail her the picture of the flowered cake and keep it in the garage because it's cold in Jersey. I am very pleased with it and on time delivery. (Sad me her not being home)
I ordered a bouquet for my sister-in-law who is recovering from surgery. I received an email saying that it was delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address. That evening we received a call from someone in my sister-in-law's neighborhood. She said that she had the package (luckily my cell # was on the package). Since we live in a different county, I asked if she could possibly bring it to the right address. She was kind enough to deliver it to my sister-in-law. Frankly, I would be hesitant to order again or recommend your company to a friend.
The flowers were beautiful and my daughter loved them
So far this was an easy process. I hope the plant and delivery go as well. At first they could not find the address. They called and got directions. That was the right thing to do.

I appreciate that I could get some flowers to someone who was so far away.I was sticker shocked for what I got,but it was still cheaper than most florists in the area.I was promised same day delivery but they were delivered late the next day.I was refunded the "delivery costs"and did receive an apology.the look on her face and the happy tears made it worth every dime.overall I'm very pleased but do wish they could lower some of the flower and gift packages.I recommend using this service if you are separated by hrs instead of a few miles as i will use this service again..

OK so far Price was high for what we received. Could have purchased all roses for the amount charged.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
