I am quite disappointed with this purchase and this is my first purchase for your service
First, it should be very clearly stated and should be in bold or there should be a NOTE sign that the flowers you are ordering will be delivered in a box and not arrange as what you see in the picture, instead there is a note, that's right but it is very small that you will notice it, who reads descriptions now a days, if you saw a picture usually that is what you expect.
Second, the custom vase, I was expecting that the picture and design chosen will be printed on the vase itself and not just a waterproof paper that you will put inside the vase, yeah it is a good thing that it is waterproof and can be used later after the flower is no longer presentable and maybe you can put it in a picture frame as a remembrance but that is not what i have in mind.
Third, the extra mylar balloon that I added, I was expecting a real shape balloon is included, a normal size balloon that you would expect for the amount that you charged me for, $4.99 should at least be a normal size of 18 inches diameter and not a very little piece that the teddy bear's head is bigger than what you have provided, very dissapointed.
And lastly, the ridiculous price of service charge of $14.99 for what, it is not even an arranged flower presentation because it was put in a box and packed, that costs $14.99 to do?
The price for flowers was good, but by the time the cost of a vase was added and the delivery date required an additional fee, then the cost of the order was double the cost of the flowers.

Price seemed fair, but we got what we paid for. VERY Little. So disappointed. Upgraded size of flower bouquet to be sent, was very small. Will be calling to let them know possibly The Florist they came from is ripping off everyone.
The total seemed pretty high. I had to order them anyway. My friend called the day after delivery and said the flowers were beautiful the first day but half of them wilted by the second day.
Wish you would share the final price before cc info has to be entered - my comments to friends is it's kinda sneaky/crooked way of doing business because every other site shows you before you pay.
I was very satisfied with shopping online and even was able to chat with customer service. I realize fromyouflowers uses local floral shops and was disappointed that the shop who delivered the flowers left them at the door on a cold, snowy day when no one was home and that shop never contacted the number or left a note which I was told they would do. As a result the recipient got droopy flowers, which I am glad to say perked up a bit the next day.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the gift basket that was delivered to my husband! I totally understand that's (products may vary) disclosure but that does not excuse everything in the basket not being even close to what is advertize! If u see 11 snickers kit Kat twizllers m@m varieties of candy bars assortments of chips, cookies, nuts etc. That is not what was received non of the candy that was shown was in my husbands basket. My husband recieved 2 dove chocolate bars,1 kit kat 1 Hershey bar, air heads, dots and Charleston chews a bag of doritos, and a bag of lays chips, some brand of toffee pretzels and a small box of some kind of cookie. Mind you when I placed the order I choose the most expensive option thinking it was better and more grand for our 10 yr wedding anniversary! And to top it off the message on my card was not correct! Never again!

You need to be more upfront about coupons...I had to search for the best deal...just give the best deal, don't play games.
The flowers sent to my family did not match the size or really the type of flowers I ordered. The color scheme was different and based on what I saw included fewer roses and lillies. Family still happy with what was sent though.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
