Ordered PREMIUM flower arrangement. Recipient received scrawny/minimal arrangement. Can't imagine what would have been sent if ordered regular or deluxe. Highly disappointed. Will never order with them again!
From you flowers advertises 1 day delivery in the middle of the night I got an e-mail saying it would arrive the following day instead. I tracked the order said it had arrived in the city, I then was told by ups that they had the wrong address From Flowers had not included the Building number and the package would be delivered in 3 days.
I called From Flowers back they said they would take %15 off the bill. I explained if flowers were for a funeral and they are delivered a week late they are no use. I was then told they can take %40 off what a laugh Dont use these guys.
