The whole process was very simple. I had the shipping waived so the price was low. My mother loved the flowers. I order from Chicago and had then delivered in Florida. Overall pleased with the process.

Why is the tax and other fees so high?! The order boosted $20 more than I thought! What a bait and switch. It went from 30 to 50 bucks really quickly.
The product was pretty however, and they recieved it on time (birthday flowers and balloon), in Winter in the Midwest. The local flower shop did a great job, just not satisfied with the website that sold it.

YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ORDERS FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY AFTER A CERTAIN TIME, YOU NEED A CUT OFF TIME. ORDER DID NOT GET DELIVERED UNTIL AFTER 12:OO ON THE NEXT DAY. FLOWERS WERE AS DESCRIBED.
