After Delivery- I wish the order tracker was real time. All day I was waiting for delivery confirmation and I never received it. I went home thinking my order was never delivered. Love that it was delivered same day but if you can't provide real time tracking I'd suggest taking it off of your site. I will be using your company again!

This is my first with you folks. I hope the flower arrangement will be beautiful since I left it up to the florist.
Good but the total price at checkout is always more than advertised. I sent a birthday bouquet to my mom and received a photo - the picture looks nothing like the picture on the website. She stated the flowers were squashed and the bouquet appeared half in bloom, half dying. I was surprised and disappointed as I have ordered from here before and was always happy with the product.
It was a little pricey---$14 for a service fee? If they had listed as a delivery or expedited fee I would have understood that.
I also would have liked an estimated time of delivery, I needed it delivered by 4pm local time and I was sweating bullets worrying it wouldn't get there on time.
My daughter absolutely love the flowers said they beautiful and that she lived the daisy in it w the smiling face cup. I am in Florida an I would order from y'all again

Order number and order details need to be looked into. Also if the company ask me if I'd like to add a bear I'd like to receive a bear not a lion like i did. Thank you if you could check into this issue.
