This was the first time ordering with FromYou Flowers that the item purchased was substituted, as the area I was sending to did not have the flowers I ordered. I was notified that this was happening. The flowers were far from satisfactory. I placed a call to customer service and the matter was handled courteously and to my satisfaction. It was going great until I saw the surprise $14.99 fee at the end. Just tell me up-front please. I ended up completing because I figured it was probably no worse than going straight through an individual florist and didn't want to spend any more time. Plus I liked the photo of the arrangment.

The flower arrangement looked nothing like it was pictured. I ordered this particular arrangement for the white roses, which there were very few of. The other flowers were nothing in the picture. No ribbon on the vase. It truly was a disgrace. They were not delivered at the time I had selected. I will not be using your service again, and will not recommend to anyone. A full refund is in order, which I did not get. Beware...

I upgraded my choice to a larger bunch of flowers. Very disappointed to see what had been delivered. It looks like maybe the roses were larger, but that was all. For an upgrade I expected to see more flowers in the design, not just larger in the circumference of the roses. The delivery charge was a shock, too high. I paid $70.00 for a small size vase, a few flowers, of which there were 4 roses. Do not believe I will order any more floweres.

I requested a Sunday delivery time, but the flowers were delivered on Saturday because the florist didn't provide Sunday deliveries. Your service seemed to indicate Sunday deliveries were available so I was surprised to find out the flowers were delivered on Saturday instead of the requested day.
So far so good, but just hope it is the same day delivery and I love the flowers!
I ordered the most expensive flower group which their picture showed a FULL vase full of flower with a combination of roses and carnations. When my mom received them she stated there was 8 roses. In the pic I counted over 10 and that was just the front view. Disappointed in the picture she sent me of what it looked like.
