I was very disappointed to learn that the delivery was left on house front steps without even trying to ring doorbell to let my Mom know there was a delivery! It was a very windy rainy day they were delivered and the only reason she found them on her steps was she went out to get her mail from mailbox! VERY disappointed with delivery notification to her. I had provided her phone number even!
I had to call at the last minute to change the address due to my Aunt being sent to the hospital and no one would be home to receive the flowers. Victor worked to get things changed for me. He spent a lot of time working to get it figured out for me. He was so nice and never acted like I was a bother. He kept running into road blocks but never gave up and the flowers were delivered to the hospital. I was very impressed with Victor and his politeness. That guy deserves a raise!

The flowers looked like they were just shoved in the vase. I was very sad about the arrangement because they were for my mother's 92nd birthday and I was so excited to give her these flowers. When they arrived at her house my brother sent me a picture of them since I live in a different state than my mom does. I was very disappointed!

It was going great until I saw the surprise $14.99 fee at the end. Just tell me up-front please. I ended up completing because I figured it was probably no worse than going straight through an individual florist and didn't want to spend any more time. Plus I liked the photo of the arrangment.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
