Why not add the process fee in your original price on the site? It is like your hiding it and then bam you have to pay another 20 bucks.
I shouldn't have to play games to get free delivery. You bombard my inbox with many different offers such as "20% price reduction" or "free shipping" but you always manage to keep the price jacked up. I find that to be very deceptive and disappointing. Your company keeps sending me emails that say "Unlimited Lifetime Free Delivery". That is utter BS! I have been a loyal customer but never get free deliver unless you advertise it. The quality of your flowers is pretty good, and usually better than local florists. But why all the MISLEADING promotions?
They delivered the Flowers too late, wife never saw them. When she gets back to work on Tuesday they will be dead. Tried calling them and they have me on hold for over an hour. Going to try and take advantage of their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Whats most upsetting is my Beautiful wife never got her flowers and I am out of state. Just a horrible feeling.

I ordered the exact same arrangement for the same price in October for bosses day and it was 3 times bigger with many more succulents of different colors and sizes than the one my husband received from me today it even came from the same florist. I called to ask why this was and they suggested I call them directly next time to be sure I receive what I am wanting. I order a lot of flowers for my job as well and may think twice next time about ordering off line.

I ordered 18 pcs of tulips for my cousin in texas. I come from another country. My cousin being so surprised and happy posted in her facebook account the flowers with my message. They were actually Red Roses.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
