My flowers were delivered a day earlier than I scheduled them to be, which wasn't a big deal in this particular instance, but could have been an issue in other cases. But other than that I am satisfied with my order!
Once my wife opened the box to put the flowers in the vase, the flowers started to fall apart. One of the flower bulbs completely fell off. Many others started to wilt dramatically with petals falling off every few minutes. By the time she got the home only 8 roses still looked decent.
Final pricing would be appreciated before we get to billing.
First time using From You Flowers and what a disgrace! Ordered an assorted one dozen roses for Valentines Day. They arrived dead and with broken stems! Every single Rose Petal was at the bottom of the box! Broken Stems and just a disgrace.
2nd time I bought from here. These flowers all died with in 24 hours they were literally all welping and dead. Not even lasting 24 hours have pictures to support. I want a free delivery of Rose's. Otherwise will not buy from again. Placed order over month in advance too. Paid good money for these flowers and they are completely dead and destroyed in less than one day? Terrible.

My order didn't get delivered until 3:30 in the afternoon and the leaves were falling off of the roses before I even took them out of the box. There was very little baby breath in the bouquet. My past orders with this company were so much better then this order for Valentine's Day.
DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS HERE! They are fraudulent. They claim your order was delivered. They weren't! It was an order to my employee at my business- never arrived- they kept giving me a run around - we have cameras and no delivery. Very frustrating. I contested charges and after reading other horrible reviews knew I needed to share my experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
