Awesome delivery options. Received the Peace Lily, more beautiful than expected.
I have used this service several times in the past. This time was not a good experience. The delivery time was delayed as the wrong address was used for the recipient. ( I did receive a phone call & email alerting me of the problem) and the flowers were delivered by evening.
However, the arrangement that was delivered did not look anything like I ordered. Different flowers, vase, smaller size.
Unfortunately, I probably will not use this company in the future.
It would have been nice if the flowers would have arrived earlier in the day. The arrangement looked like the picture for the most part.
Purchase was easy, no tracking available, had to wait for confirmation from receiver. Price higher than what I expected, handling charge blew it for me. Product was satisfactory.

I specifically ordered a yellow kalanchoe but a red-orange plant was delivered. Disappointed that I did not receive the color ordered on the website. If yellow was not available, I should have been notified.

The service and handling fees showed up at the very end and it cost just as much as the flowers causing me not want to go through the purchase.
The bouquet is not as full as I expected. For the price, there should have been a lot more flowers like the picture showed on line.
