I wanted the plant to be delivered Feb 20, it was delivered way too soon. It did not look like the picture online. It arrived in a cheap dark basket. Not at all what I wanted. Two of the plants died within 2 days. Very disappointed with the delivery date and the entire plant. Would not order from this company in the future.
Ordering was easy to follow. However, it would be very customer friendly if you would send a photo of the Flowers ordered & delivered. I say this because I sent flowers out of state and have no idea if my order was processed correctly, if the Spray looked like the photo on your website, if the attached card was written as I wrote it, and if it was handled with care. The family of the deceased was so distracted, and over come with grief, I would "never ask" them to inspect the flowers I sent. This is why, a Photo-Confirmation of the delivery would ease my mind. I live in Georgia and the flowers were sent to Lansing, Michigan. I pray that my was order was processed, delivered, and displayed according to your company mission, and customer satisfaction disclaimer. Thank you.
I ORDERED THIS FOR MY BROTHER IN LAW (AND HIS WIFE) WHOSE FATHER HAD PASSED AWAY. I DIDN'T WANT TO SEND FLOWERS TO THE FUNERAL, WHICH WAS IN ANOTHER STATE, BUT INSTEAD WAITED UNTIL THEY GOT HOME AFTER A WEEK. THEY WERE WIPED OUT AND THIS BROUGHT A LITTLE BIT OF COLOR AND BRIGHTNESS TO THEIR TIME BACK HOME! SO GLAD I DID. IT MEANT A LOT TO THEM.
What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered upgraded Lavender Rose and Lily Blooms. My daughter received red and white carnations and red small lillys with baby's breath and ferns. Clearly not worth the $61.16 that I paid.

I've ordered my mother flowers on the 7th of February for them to be delivered on the 8th but they never came, neither on 8th nor on 10th. I've called customer service several times to get info on the status of my order, they promised to send them but never did. When I asked to return my money back at first they offered me 20% of the amount but luckily after my indignation they agreed to pay me back in full.
Your delivery prices are very high compared to other flower services
