User friendly and hopes it will be dependable delivery and the flowers look just like the photo. My mom received the flowers the only thing was the roses were supposed to be lavender in color and they were light pink instead. They are still beautiful.

Unfortunately the arrangement was delivered to the door of my friend and sat n the sun baking until she returned from doctors appointment. It could have been left near the door in the shade which would have protected it from the heat. The overall arrangement was well done and appreciated.
