Nice selection, reasonably priced.
There was no mention of delivery fee or same day fee upfront. Not until i was about to submit the order did the fee appear. The flowers were beautiful. No blame is placed on the florist.

The process was simple and direct and the deliver prompt.
The arrangement was not what I ordered. The delivery person rang the doorbell and left the flowers on the step and left before we could answer the door. There were damaged flowers and rotting orchids. The arrangement looked like something had been dropped into the middle of it. Will not use this service again. It ruined my birthday gift for my wife!

I was disappointed to see that I was charged extra for next day delivery & I could not go back to change it.
Hope delivery and quality of flowers is as good as choosing and placing order. Unfortunately disappointed in delivery and totally disappointed with what you call your award winning customer service.
So far so good, but let's see how the flowers look! I would like to take another survey then... I was a little disappointed that it was not the exact watering can vase that was displayed but I did know that it might be substituted, and my daughter absolutely loved it so that's what is important!
