Everything went well. But the delivery fee is very high.
I had requested the flowers to be delivered the day after placing my order. They were actually delivered the same day as placing my order (so they arrived a day early). They were supposed to have succulents in the arrangement and there weren't any. I understand the arrangement shown online is not what you will receive, but the option I chose was actually listed under 'succulents'. Overall my experience was easy and I am happy the flowers were delivered. Better early than late or never.
An xtra $15 for handling is a little too much. Just include it in your price. Its misleading

The vase is cracked, had to use a vase from previous flowers. The Rose's are not even close to the advertising and several are weak to put it nicely. It is what it is. Not worth the money spent. Could have gotten a better deal from a local on the corner and better nonbroken product.
The bouquet I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was missing a birthday pick. It was missing eucalyptus and other flowers. I even paid for the deluxe version! It was for my daughters birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
