Was not really happy that I tried to use a prepaid card and your site would not allow me to use this card. I never saw the service fee if 15$. If I would have known I would have gone thru a different company. This was so dishonest.

I paid over $54 for an orange premium bouquet, which was a great price; however, when I received the bouquet, the roses had already wilted and there was nothing "premium" about the bouquet, it looked just like the standard bouquet. Unfortunately, I doubt I will order from this company in the future.
So far great and easy! The flowers were less quantity than the ones showed in the picture but overall a good experience.
My Record(s) show that I order several arrangements each month for a special someone in my life. Lately, there was a series of disasters that needed to be addressed. Now the system is back to where it was before and I'm happy about that
Fast, convenient, lots of selections for occasions and budget. Delivery time option is nice add on. Sent bouquet as a birthday gift to someone across the country, and ordered day before. No late fees some companies will attach for that kind of last minute thing. Will definitely be going back to this resource for future orders!
Delivery is a little pricey
Although, delivery time was great with same day delivery, the basket contents were completely different than what was received. In the picture on your website each item was individually wrapped candies and chip bags, which would have been perfect for people to grab a snack and go. Instead, outside of the few chip bags, there were packages of treats that needed to be opened and shared. My husband thought it was a nice gift, but i was disappointed that it didn't resemble the online picture AT ALL. Picture online was very deceiving which makes me unsure if I would order again in fear that it would be a different product with contents.
I don't live in Texas, needed a gift and flowers. By googling; found this flowershop that had what I wanted. Beautiful flowers plus extra gift possibilities. Thank you

My best friends dog had died & I wanted to cheer her up. These flowers were beautiful & delivered the next day. We were very pleased with the service, the selection & cost.

I wish the vase was purple see-through glass like the picture, but at least it was purple.
We ordered flowers from FTD (placed order more than 2 weeks before delivery date) for my wheel-chair bound mother-in-law for her birthday. We called her late that afternoon to wish her a Happy Birthday, and to see how she liked the flowers. She said, "I haven't received any flowers."
I immediately logged in to FTD, checked the tracking and to my surprise - it said, "order cancelled." I wasn't notified, nor had I received a refund. When I called they were not even apologetic but stated they would refund my money along with an e-mail confirmation (they have my e-mail but couldn't contact about the cancellation?)
Even though my gift was late, due to FTD - I have been most impressed with From You Flowers! They have been absolutely amazing, price, updates by e-mail and delivery time!
Sharing my great experience by word of mouth with many, also advising many to avoid using FTD!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
