Shopping was easy, clear and relatively fast. But I was disappointed: the flower bouquet in the picture was much nicer and much fuller. And i added 10 dollars to the price in order to get more than the 'regular' or 'basic' bouquet offered. The photo should show what you are supposed to get without upgrading, moreover with extra money, and it doesn't.
Delivery was timely, affordable and since it was a sympathy gift basket receiptent was pleased with product.

I was not happy with my order which didn't look anything like the flowers I ordered. I could send a picture if you'd like as proof. I understand with the heat it's not easy to deliver flowers but these roses are not the ones I ordered-im very disappointed since it was a gift for my mother!

Last minute ship/handling fee added in was a surprise. Thought it was part of the overall built in cost. Also not knowing what BASIC items (i.e., Godiva Chocolates, Lindor Chocolates, etc.) would be included was concerning.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
