I ordered a live plant arrangement for my niece recovering from surgery in the DC area for delivery today. It arrived early this morning and she was thrilled. The service and quality were great!
This was the worst flower shopping experience of my life. The original order was nothing like what I ordered and looked awful so I sent customer service an email. They redelivered it where the delivery driver demanded the original flower from my sister...not something I was told when redelivery info was given. This caused her stress and anxiety as I was in a work training and couldn't answer her call when she tried. The 2nd flowers STILL looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I can't even wrap my brain around what the florist doing these flowers is thinking or why this is so difficult. I've never experienced ordering flowers and the product delivered being whatever the florist decided to put together instead of what I ordered. I will not be ordering again from this company because you might as well tell them to do whatever they want and charge you $60 since that's what they did repeatedly.
So far my experience has been good. I would like to see more plants (not just cut flowers) in the feature.

The flowers that I received were much smaller that I expected, and were smaller than those that I have received from other florist sites. Overall, they weren't worth the amount that I paid.

I ordered flowers from you last week and they were beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. The ones that were delivered today were disappointing and didn't match the picture very well.
The flowers received were fresh looking BUT skimpy for a DELUXE arrangement. I can't imagine what a regular arrangement would look like. I believe if there had at least been some filler material added, like fern or bay's breath, it would have made a huge difference. The updates emailed were great.

Its hard ordering online because you think you choose its what you are going to get, but then you find out its been substituted for a whole other design. I get that not all florists and areas will have the availability but when you are showing a customer something it should be what is available in that area. It was for my mom's 65th, she loved them and said they smelled wonderful, a couple of days later they are still living (a good thing for the price).
Sent this coffee and chocolates basket as a get well gift. Recipient really enjoyed all of the items.

I sent this item to my mother-in-law for her 96th birthday and she was just so happy to get it and then enjoying everything in the basket. She said she has never seen quite a basket like this.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
