Good they just wouldn't send what I wanted to where I wanted to send it and I had to change my order which was a pain. She still liked it though but the excitement and emotion was diminished because they were not delivered on time when she could receive them on the day they were expected. The price was a little high for what she received also. Over all it was an OK experience. Just have to learn what can be shipped where and what their delivery times for what places are.
The product was beautiful and my granddaughter who is 13 love the flowers the bear and of course the candy.The $35 cost was great but by the time the taxes and shipping was added it was over $70 I thought that was a bit much but I wanted to send it to my granddaughter in Las Vegas who has been quite ill

I received the same arrangement that I ordered from my friend for my Mother's funeral it was amazing. This one was less than what I had imagined. 2 of the Lillies were already dead land hanging. And it was just delivered this morning
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
