I gave these Premium Sunflowers to my brother for his birthday, and I'm disappointed in that they came dehydrated and wrinkled. I thought they would come with some sort of water or hydration system to last the shipping time. The flowers are opening up now that we put them in water.

Flowers arrived 15 minutes before closing, so still as promised. Arrangement did not look as the photo had shown, and customer service hassled my assistant when checking into the order.
Delivery was much later than hoped.

Recipient at work until late afternoon...later delivery?
Recipient did NOT get phone call at work; but I just heard from her that the plant was fine in the box provided; 'tho left outside in 20+ degrees MN weather. If it was in fact delivered late afternoon, all is forgiven.
My original order was made online around 3 AM Sat Feb 22,2020, & I selected the "same day delivery Guarantee" for extra $2.99 added to my total order. I tracked my order online all day Sat with the info saying my order was placed with tracking not changing ALL DAY. Then at 5:28 PM I received an automated email saying "we were unable to complete your delivery on 02/22/2020. We have scheduled your delivery for as soon as possible on 02/24/2020. That was 2 days LATER & the same tracking online saying my order was placed. Nothing on this order was done "as soon as possible" or "same day delivery Guarantee" as stated on the website advertisement. My recepient did not receive the delivery UNTIL 6 PM on Monday Feb 24,2020 at the end of the day. What a giant disappointment & I will NEVER use this service again nor will I recommend it to anyone!
