The order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. The only comment I have is that I ordered this for my husband and 6 out of the 9 balloons were pink and purple. I assumed that the florist would see that the order was for a man and select less feminine colors. I'm a little disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
