Nice looking flowers. I love the options to add balloons and chocolate. I purchased the flowers for my mom who was celebrating her birthday. My mom was sleeping when the delivery was first attempted, but the delivery person was persistent and returned to deliver the flowers. I'm grateful for that delivery person. Job well done!

Ordering online at the website has been fairly simple. Although the prices of the actual items and bouquets are cheaper than other stores and sites, after adding higher service/handling fees it brings the final total up just high as if I had purchased in a store or any other website. I truly hope the delivered bouquet is well worth the price and that the recipient is happy with it.
Update after delivery:
The delivery was made same day, very happy with that! The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers - I felt like the picture on the website was much fuller with more, and bigger bigger, blooms than what was actually delivered. However, the recipient seemed very pleased with them. Overall, I'm mostly pleased with them, but do still feel like flowers have just gotten entirely to costly. Even more so when you need delivery. If I were to need this type of service again I would probably use this site again. But, whenever possible I purchase flowers directly from the florists myself, in person, and deliver them myself. Must more cost efficient! If that means I'm cheap, so be it. But in today's economy, every dollar I can save is a dollar I can use to pay another, more necessary, expense.
Flowers were beautiful according to the recipient. My only issues are $15 for handling is way too much, and the delivery could've been made earlier in the day since the order was placed early the previous day. Neither of those would keep me from ordering from this company again, though. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Totally dissatisfied with my order, words can't express how I feel now about ordering flowers online. It's more of a conspiracy of internet fraud. Never again will I buy flowers again without physically seeing them first...
When I first entered your site it showed no handling fee like Teleflora or FTD but when I placed my order I was charged a $**.** fee. Isn't that false advertising? I also paid to have order delivered before 10am but it did not arrive until after 12pm.
The process of ordering was quick and easy but if you gave delivery costs up front I would not have cancelled my first order. After I canceled I was offered free delivery so I ordered something for myself.
I live in a small town, delivery time was perfect. I was contacted because they had to make substitutions, they did not have exactly what I ordered. I agreed to the substitutions but the product was not nearly as pretty as what I ordered. The flowers are fresh and will probably last a while but had this arrangement been pictured I would not have picked it. The vase is sort of cheap looking and the colors not nearly as dramatic.
Final comment, order something standard, like a simple bouquet of roses and Lillie's and it will most likely be perfect.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
