Great service and easy to purchase. However, the product received was less than the picture of the product. The delphiniums were not included per the picture sent from the recipient. The recipient was delighted with them but of course did not know what was to be in them. For the almost 50.00 price, I expected more.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
