Great service and easy to purchase. However, the product received was less than the picture of the product. The delphiniums were not included per the picture sent from the recipient. The recipient was delighted with them but of course did not know what was to be in them. For the almost 50.00 price, I expected more.

It was quick and easy. Didn't like the fact that there was a service/handling fee that I was not aware of until the end of my order.My order was not delivered on the scheduled date but after speaking to a representative, they upgraded my order and issued a $10.00 gift card for my next purchase.
