It was very easy to choose what I wanted and order, plus the pricing is much better than other florists. Also the fact that I was offered free shipping through my email when I left my order a few days ago was a nice touch. The flowers were delivered on the specified date and the recipient loves them! I will definitely order from this site for all of my flower needs moving forward.

I qualify my last rating, dependent on the quality of the plant when delivered to recipient. Good website! I ondered why total order amt could not be shown prior to final checkout. The amt of the "handling chg" was an unpleasant surprise.

Ordering online was quick and fast. But paid for a early delivery, which is before 12 and it didn't arrive til afterward close to 1 pm. The arrangement was much smaller than the picture but was nice..

All related cost and level of flowers should be displayed up front. Shipping cost was half the price of the bouquet. I chose same day delivery but after entering the coupon code it deselected this option and delivered the next day. I didn't realize this until later in the evening.

It appeared as though whatever I may have saved in a discount, I ended up spending one and a half times more in service fee. For $**, when I started out thinking it may be $** for the flowers and $** extra- the pricing seemed steep your internet advertising gives the wrong idea of ultimate cost. It just baits customer in with a falsely low quote. However this is my very first time with you and I am pressed for time in this matter because the recipient is facing a serious illness and time is of essence. I am hoping and praying that at least the 'expensive' flowers are truly fresh, beautiful and delivered as promised today before she gets into chemotherapy prep surgery.

New feedback: I asked to see a picture of the arrangement as delivered and I did not get one. So, I am unable to say fairly how good it was. Also, I don't know how quickly it was delivered in the working hours but I was charged premium even though I had opted for standard delivery option.
