The second time around, my flowers were delivered Super Fast and were top quality. I am glad I gave fromyouflowers a second chance.
This was my first order. I had a coupon from the Entertainment Book for $15.00 off any product. I was confused when I chose an item that was approximately $30 and then when I added the coupon code, the item cost remained at $30 while I was expecting the total to go to $15.00 (plus delivery and taxes). Instead, the product cost increased to $50 with the $15 discount then subtracted, plus delivery and taxes. This was confusing so I exited out of the system and tried twice more, with the same result. I did place the order as it was a special order for my sister as she had a death in her family and I wanted her to know I was thinking of her. I didn't feel like your website was "honest" with regards to the coupon code I was using as my $29 item ended up costing me almost $50.
Thought your handling charge was a bit much and not disclosed until the end. You got me because it is late and I didn't have time to shop. I will shop around next time.

Wasnt happy with the Delivery time at all paid extra to get her Anniversary flowers to her quicker, and that didnt happen.
Indicate the additional fees up front - adding about 1/3rd the price of the flowers as a handling fee is pretty steep!
Very easy to do and great selection of flowers! Not sure what flowers they picked and it was daffodils! I had them sent to my mom but she said there was no card to go with them!
