Everytime I order from you guys, there is a spelling mistake on the card, so I have to go back, but your screens won't let you do so without making an entirely brand new purchase. Also - I am not confident that what I ordered will be delivered. I only used this company again because I had a coupon.

The website is set up well, easy to compare gift options. As well, I like having the option to add details such as balloons, bears, chocolates to floral arrangements. I did not receive the flowers as I sent them to my granddaughter in hospital in Florida while I'm in Oregon. However, my daughter told me that they are beautiful and that my granddaughter loves the teddy bear. I will definitely use your service again as needed.
The added fees (aside from the $2.99 same-day delivery fee) were deceptive and not properly outlined prior to entering credit card information. We felt backed into paying almost double to the listed price.
The flowers my mother-in-law received were not bloomed and were mostly greens, which was not like the flowers pictured. We are happy that the flowers will last longer since they hadn't bloomed yet, but it arrived looking entirely not like pictured and we were overall disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
