Quick and easy
Would not take straight PayPal. Tried to get someone on the line about corporate services and was disconnected then sent to a line where no one answered. Hoping and praying the flowers delivered will be worth it.
I most likely will not order from you again because you suddenly applied a 'service & delivery' charge without warning at the end. I'll probably use ProFlowers.com again, whom I've always had success with.
PS: I feel your Service/Delivery charge is too high & unwarranted.
Price didn't show a service charge until the end. Flower arrangement was pretty small for the price.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
