Ordered a fairly large order. Not only did the flower shop forget the four balloons with the order, but they left it on the front door step, where it could've been stolen, and they left in in the dirt. The white teddy bear I ordered was filthy. I called customer service 4 times and they did nothing to remedy the situation. I will NEVER use this company again! I will tell all my friends and family to use a different vendor as well.

The order was for my good friend and she received her roses very late at night. I actually had to call her and have her check her front door to see if they were there. Low and behold, they were! (That was a sarcastic remark. Not a happy one!) This issue may lie in the hands of UPS since they deliver but the survey is off of From My Flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
