This is my second purchase from FromYouFlowers. The flowers have been beautiful. However, both times I purchased both flowers and balloons and both times the balloons were either not delivered and or the wrong amount of balloons were delivered. After contacting FromYouFlowers customer service, they did refund me for the missing balloons on both purchases. Both purchases were birthday gifts for friends/family out-of-state and it was disappointing to find out that that their gifts were not received as a flower/balloon arrangement as I had anticipated/paid for.

Very easy process, lets hope the flowers are as beautiful as the picture! I think your service is great! The pictures are all of the Delux option. A little misleading. And then there are fees to get delivery in the same day, plus more fees up to $15 so that your order of $45 is $63.00 That is very unerving when you get to the point of check out to then get all the added fees for what you are truly unsure of what they are for!
The recipient was VERY pleased. Said they are beautiful.
Arrangement was much smaller than shown & vase very different for price paid
$15.00 for service and handling fee is a bit over kill I'd say. Most places already have it already part of the flowers charge. Most likely will not come back. Did not want to spend this much.
The only problem I had was that I wasnt aware of what the flowers looked like.
Simple and self explanitory website. Product received was not what was expected. Ordered deluxe arrangement and received regular.
I think you should be more forward with the steep handling charge
The flowers were sweet and delivered the same day. Our only complaint is that the picture showed a red vase and we liked the contrast with the pink and white flowers so it was slightly disappointing to see the arrangement was not quite like the picture from what we ordered. The company did provide a discount for future use and both the company and the local florist did apologize that we did not get the arrangement quite how we expected it.

Somehow I missed the $14.99 handling charge until I was almost completely done. Would have appreciated knowing that sooner.
Ordered a fairly large order. Not only did the flower shop forget the four balloons with the order, but they left it on the front door step, where it could've been stolen, and they left in in the dirt. The white teddy bear I ordered was filthy. I called customer service 4 times and they did nothing to remedy the situation. I will NEVER use this company again! I will tell all my friends and family to use a different vendor as well.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
