This company was very timely with their delivery even though I didn't give them much notice, but they changed the flower arrangement. The flowers still looked okay but the writing on the card was horrendous. It looked like a five year old had written the card.

Customer cant select latex balloons per quantity and color, you are forced to by 1 color or mixed colors (not the combination of colors you may like: in my case yellow, green, purple). Also, there's not an option to give details of delivery, etc.

Fast and easy
Had to redo everything twice -- once because I originally had an incorrect zipcode, but couldn't correct it without going back to the beginning. Then because I neglected to "click off" the added vase, again I had to start over. And, it wasn't until the end that I was informed of a $14.99 "handling" charge.
I received an eMail offering a delivery credit if I returned & placed the order that I had to change. I had already reordered, but the company let me use the credit anyway. I do think the website is not smooth.
Also, I paid an extra $5 for delivery before 10:30. They JUST made that (10:26), so I guess that's okay.
The flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday were beautiful and perfect! I've never ordered flowers online, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but they were gorgeous.
The flowers were delivered the next morning. Can't beat that.
I clicked on the date i wanted and on my receipt it gave me a day later. So i contacted customer service and they had me on hold for awhile so they can talk to the florist. She then came back and was going to put me on hold again. I told her i had to get back to work and asked if she could call me when it was worked out or email me. She said she would but never did either. So then i had to call again, while working, the morning i need the flowers and the gentleman that answered worked it all out. It was STRESSFULL. At the end at least she received the flowers on time and they did look good. I was worried the whole time if it was going to be the right flowers, due to the lack of communication.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
