I ordered a dozen of red and pink roses for my mother's birthday. They were delivered to her home in Wisconsin on time and they are absolutely beautiful! I had a promotion for free shipping, so this made the purchase very appealing for me.
I did not like that i was not informed of the $14.99 Service handling fee until i got to the final page. Also I FaceTimed with the person I sent the 'Succulent Garden' too and it did not look anything like the picture.
I ordered the deluxe floor is special and 80% were daisies and carnations. I have a picture if needed. It was my daughter's birthday and I was unable to fly to visit her so this was supposed to be very special. It ended up being a great disappointment as far as the florist choice
