I ordered these flowers and paid the extra charge to have same day delivery. I was advised that the flowers were delivered that day when they were not. I was given a 20% discount on the flowers, however, I was still charged for delivery and the extra charge for same day delivery. I was very displeased with the way this was handled and will never order through this service again.
The funeral flowers were beautiful, delivered on time and they were easy to order. I am satisfied with my purchase and will be a returning customer.

I ordered 1 dozen roses for my mom's 88th bday. Flowers loaded on truck 7:36 am, flowers out for delivery 8:42 am, flowers actually delivered 3:30 pm. I was VERY disappointed her flowers arrived so late in the day. However, my sister and my mother confirmed the flowers were not only beautiful, but smelled AMAZING. Do you know how hard it is to find flowers that actually have a fragrance? So, while I am still disappointed my mother spent most of her birthday with no flowers, I am very happy they are pretty and smell good.

I had to retype the recipients address no less than 6 times. If PayPal hadn't, sent me back I would have given up in frustration. You need to make purchases user friendly
Flowers were delivered on the day order was placed. Delivery was scheduled for the following week. Customer service assured me that a new arrangement would be delivered on the correct date and received a call from my Mom stating the arrangement arrived and was as beautiful as the first one with a big happy birthday balloon. I am very pleased and will use this company again
