Picture of order was more lush than order received. Looks like more flowers in irder pic
The order pricing was reasonable and the delivery was prompt. However, my order although pretty, was not what I was looking for. I specifically wanted a purple bouquet. I got white with purple accents. Although the recipient was pleased, I was disappointed.
Your sight was easy to navigate.The person I sent the arrangement too said it was very pretty. I ask if there were some flowers in it also as there was supposed to be and he said no flowers but the plants were nice. Thought I should mention that it was not delivered as described.

Delivery was on time, it wasn't indicated when I ordered that same day delivery was an extra $15. I would have appreciated that information up front.
That said, the flowers were received and reportedly "beautiful".

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
