Thank you for the bouquet you made for my friend she loved it and it did brighten her day.
Too many restricted fields compared to other floral sites (no. Of characters allowed, etc). Customer service was slow to understand my simple question, "If the flowers are not delivered/received on the requested date, will you redirect the flowers to a different address in the area at no additional cost?"
Good so far. Hope the arrangement is as beautiful as the picture.

The delivery person left the flowers on the doorstep. They were not discovered until the next day when we had to ask them if they received the flowers.
