I was a little nervous using an online flower service that promised same day delivery but I couldn't be more pleased! My mom received a beautiful surprise bouquet on time and from a trusted local florist! She called me 3 days in a row telling me how beautiful they were! Delivery very efficient, but thought the bunch of flowers looked rather small considering the cost. I am in Australia and my daughter in N.Y. And looking at the photo she sent me I thought the arrangement was pretty but small.
I like the link you have available after you place your order on how to care for the plant or flower you ordered. But I ordered a large planter and the instructions emailed to me were how to care for a vase of flowers. For future care on plants it would be nice to have instructions per plant that is specific for that plant.

Update: My mother, who resides in an assisted living facility, received the flowers and the Easter Basket on the specified date. My brother, when he arrived to visit her, said she had the basket in her lap and was giggling like a little kid. He also said the flowers were beautiful and very unusual. I am very pleased, and will be a regular customer. Thank you so much.
