Adding $14.99 service/handling charge, and then taking it away when a customer fails to complete an order, just indicates to me that you are trying it on and seeing who will pay it. I would far rather deal with an organisation that is up-front and honest about their charges all the way through the choosing and buying process.

I was very satisfied with your service. I shopped many other sites and chose fromyouflowers because you were slightly more competitive and appeared to offer a good quality product. I did not see the delivered product, but heard from the recipient that the flowers were beautiful. The issue I have with all the sites I compared, was the excessive s/h charges. I think it would be nicer for the consumer to have more transparency up-front, and not be whacked with a $15-20 shipping and handling fee at the end of the order process. Regardless, every site does the same. So in the end, again, I was completely satisfied with your order. Thanks.
I THOUGHT THE FLOWERS WERE ONLY $31.00 SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PRE SHIPPING THE PRICE FOR THEM WAS $49.
Very easy to navigate website and find exactly what I wanted very quickly. Flowers arrived same day and were fresh/beautiful per my mom. The teacup delivered was different from the photo, but my mom liked it very much and probably better than what was pictured on website.

I bought the bouquet for my mom for her to have as the table centerpiece at Easter. It didn't state that it would be flat on one side with no flowers. I wish it would have stated that. It came and none of the flowers had bloomed yet all were closed. So it was disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
