The flowers were left out in the freezing temps on the front door step. No one made sure that the sick old lady (" my mouthy mother in law") actually got them inside! I paid 53.00 total for $31 advertised arrangement. Dead flowers... Ugh..

I will never do business with your company again. I requested same day delivery service and did not get that. I called several times to work with this situation and the agents could not reach the florist. I believe you do not need to do business with this florist as they failed in every way. I called back and requested an AM delivery and it was a PM delivery next day. At least the florist did get the corrected contact phone number and did call my family member. All in all I give you a failing grade!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
