It was very easy. I'm from overseas and i thought sending a gift to my husband will be complicated...but the website made my day :)
Flowers left a bit to be desired for the price.
It baffled me how incompetent this company was in delivering my order. I am not a satisfied customer and will be recommending that people do not use this service. Online on a Saturday morning, I selected the Sunday delivery option and was promptly called (after placing my order) and told that it would undeliverable and would Saturday delivery be ok? Sure, it's for a Sunday visitation/Monday funeral - no problem. I was contacted Sunday and told it was unable to be delivered on Saturday and would be delivered on Monday with a free upgrade. Ok, that would be fine so long as it was delivered before the funeral at 11am. On Monday afternoon, I was notified that the flowers were unable to be delivered in time for the funeral. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I called to change the final delivery address to the family home and I had to deal with a snotty service rep who apparently didn't ensure the address would be able to be delivered to because I received another call the next day informing me that the address did "not exist." BS. Type it into Google and it's the first map that pops up. Inexcusable, unforgivable excuse for service. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience and everyone whom I've told says I should demand my money back but frankly, I don't want to deal with the hassle and this joke of a company. This experience was a nightmare on top of enduring the sorrow of the entire situation. Thanks for nothing.
It took me 4 tries to complete the order. You said i could use my amazon account but I couldn't figure out how. My fingers were playing staccato on the keys. If I do this in secret, monthly, will it get easier.
You have to many hidden charges like a gaurante to be delivery for early morn. JThe flowers were very sparse, not full, really wished I had picked something else.

Ordering was easy the only down side was the small info about the magazine order if not paying attention I could be sucked in to something I did not wanted.
Fast delivery and good customer service
Flowers were sent to funeral home. Arrived promptly, were fresh and beautiful. Were arranged a bit different than photo on website but were still beautiful and full and were of the same color and type of flowers as pictured. Cannot say anything bad about my first time experience ordering from here. Will definitely use this site in the future.

Thank you for waiving the delivery fee, my mom always sends me flowers on my bday but it's hard with money being so tight and that really helped.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
