I had gone to another flower site earlier and when I went to check out it said it could take up to 4 extra days for delivery to a hospital. I backed out and went to this site to have the same bear sent to my son and it was delivered to him in the hospital the very next morning! It has cheered him up and made me feel great that I was able to get it to him so quickly!

You need to warn buyers about the handling fee. I consider it misleading advertising that you didn't.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
