Would be nice if your recipient information page was in more detail. Meaning more options to leave comments and room numbers and more options as to where the flowers are going ie: hospital, school, church, funeral home etc. indeed of just business or residence.

I didn't know the service fee would make my order $15 more, I would have ordered from another site had I known the fee was so much.
The flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like the flowers I ordered. I specifically ordered the Rose and Lily Lemonade Bouquet because it had bright pink and yellow flowers and it was simple. The bouquet that arrived had peach roses, pink lilies, and some other kind of ugly pink flower with a splash of yellow in it. Definitely not the lemonade bouquet I thought looked so beautiful. I will not be ordering from you again.

The arrangement was beautifully done and ended up coming a day early!

Do I feel the price point was appropriate for the size and type of flowers? No. I'd still buy again, though.
