Balloon was not delivered due to helium shortage, but candy was substituted. Would have liked to have known this beforehand as the receiver of the gift is diabetic. The size of the bouquet looked rather small even though I bought up one in size when I ordered it. Great delivery time though and the flowers were beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
