I received a photo of the flowers that were delivered and the arrangement was so much smaller than I had envisioned for the price paid. However, the arrangement was very nice and I was satisfied with the selection of the flowers. The delivery timing was perfect - very prompt! Thank you!

Unfortunately the delivery had to be delayed because the recipient had been discharged from the care facility the day the order was to be received. I was contacted in the evening and was able to supply a second address to which the order was delivered the following day.
The situation was handled professionally and I would use this site again.

Needed to change original zipcode and could not correct. Had excellent f/u from florist when flowers were unable to be delivered to address. Resolved issue and flowers are nice
