This might have been my fault for not thinking of it, however i really wanted the flowers to look their best when they arrived at my cousin's new business opening event. I did not realize that there was a possibility that the lilies might not be opened. They were closed for the entire event and opened a day later. So, in reality they did not look like the picture presented online. Not sure what the solution for this is. Maybe a note on arrangements that includes flower that may not be open.
The only thing I didn't like was throughout the ordering process I thought the price of the item was $27 and some change then when checking out the price jumped to $34 then additional fees were added the total was $42. Lots of extra fee. I would like to know this before I spend time to enter all my info..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
