The problem was I ordered the premium arrangement for our 35th anniversary and what was delivered looked like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. I showed Kelly the pictures. She contacted the local florist, received an apology, put them on notice and gave me a full refund. Kudos to Kelly T. I will use this site again with the great hope that the quality of the flowers will match the website next time.
Prices were fair and it was exactly what I was looking for! I did a price comparison with 2 other online companies and a) found on your site exactly what I was looking for and b) although I could not find the same product on either of the other sites, what I was able to "settle on" was still more expensive! I received an email notification PLUS a coupon because I did not complete my order the day before. I had some trouble with the completion of the order after I chose to pay with paypal. I clicked the Complete Order button, and was transferred to the home page with no verification or thank you for my order. I did not want to hit the back button and risk being charged again, so I waited to see if the order would post to my paypal account the next day. After I confirmed that the order had NOT posted, I followed the link on the email coupon to complete my order. I felt it was a nice way of requesting my business especially since I was a little hesitant from the day before. But with the coupon, I was willing to give you a second chance. So thanks!

I'm grateful for the free shipping and handling. I was however confused by the extra eight dollar credit that was in original order that was not in this order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
