I'm buying sympathy flowers. The last thing I want to have to deal with is opting out of a magazine subscription. Now I have to mail in forms to get my credit back? Not the experience I was hoping for.________
I received a response from a customer service rep clarifying that the subscription was free, however that didn't explain what ever $20 credit would be credited back to me when mailing in the opt out form.
With regards to the actual flowers, the delivery was prompt which was a plus. The card was seemingly hand written by a 13 year old boy and was unclear and sloppy. The arrangement also did not match the websites description or the pictures. When I ordered a "blue skies" arrangement, I was hoping for a blue themed arrangement, not a pink and yellow one reminiscent of a sweet 16 and not a funeral.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
