Overall, the shopping experience was good. When I placed the order, I had some issue with the space allocated to the address field. Also I was not able to go back to the card message field to edit. The recipient's feedback that the spray was beautiful and the delivery was on time for the virgil. So, the product and service were great!

The ordering process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped but the flowers were delivered on time and are exactly as pictured on the website. The price for the flowers was reasonable compared to other sites I had shopped. I would probably use this site again now that at I know the shipping charge is not shown until the very last step in the ordering process.
