Same day service wonderful
I had the same bouquet sent to to different locations. The one in Vinings, Ga looking just like the picture online. The one delivered to Orlando, Fl did not look very much like the picture online and did not have any ribbon tied around the vase (as shown online).
Thank you, the order was supposed ti ho out on tge 25th but they called to say that they would not be able to get it out when promised. Not only did they get it out early the next day. They upgraded and apologized for it being late.
The person to whom the arrangement was sent was surprised and especially delighted. Didn't know the quality of your chocolates, so only ordered the smallest. Apparently I had nothing about which to be concerned. My granddaughter was so pleased with it all. Many thanks.

There was a problem with the submit order page using google wallet. The page hung for several minutes without giving any message. This happened twice. It finally worked after switching to Paypal.
On the check out page, the service charge was a surprise. I would have preferred to know the service price included in the product price or at least show the service charge next to the product price.
So far so - good handling charges are the killer as always
It would be helpful if I could have been sent a photo of what the arrangement actually was since I wasn't the recipient. To also be told who the local florist was that delivered.
