Quick and easy love it.
The first delivery of flowers that arrived were unacceptable. Main focal lily flower was half dead. Non-descript color roses were closed and buried. The arrangement was mostly filled with astroemenia. Greens were not stripped from stems. A second delivery of a new arrangement was accompanied by a very pissed looking delivery woman. She made me feel very uncomfortable.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend on the same day I made the order. I chose from the arrangements that could be delivered quickly. I got an e-mail saying they had been delivered which was great! I loved having that level of feedback. Unfortunately, my friend posted two pictures of the arrangement thanking us for sending them and they looked NOTHING like the nice balanced arrangement I had ordered. I sent the copy of the the picture of the flowers I ordered and the picture of the arrangement my friend received asking if the company thought they looked the same. They quickly e-mailed back and gave me a $15 coupon on my NEXT order. They said the florist had the latitude to substitute some of the flowers as necessary. They "substituted" a lot and the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. Use a coupon on my NEXT order. That was not going to happen! Then today I got an e-mail saying in addition to the $15 coupon, they would refund 20% off the cost of the flowers. That is supposed to be refunded back to my credit card within 3 days. Then they gave me the opportunity to re-evaluate them here which I did and am doing. We'll see if they adjust the cost.

I ordered some Get Well Flowers online from the From You Flowers website and it was basically straight forward. $30 for a simple bouquet... I'm in Baltimore and had the flowers delivered, next day, to Metro Detroit (Ypsilanti)... I had the flowers delivered to the hospital and I forgot to give list the room number... I came to this site AFTER I placed the order and I was immediately concerned, and I thought I had made a big mistake... Surprisingly, the flowers were delivered, on time, to the right place and the recipient was thrilled. I'm not saying that this company doesn't have concerns or that they always give good service, but my experience was top notch... A+! Thank you fromyouflowers!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
