I ordered a standing spray arrangement of flowers for my friend's funeral yesterday. It was to be delivered today by 4PM. It was delivered in time, but when I called the funeral home to confirm the delivery I was informed the lillies in the arrangement were wilted and brown edged, and the arrangement looked bad. I immediately called From you Flowers, and of course they apologized. They wanted to give me a 20% discount, which was unacceptable, as I wanted a proper looking arrangement to be delivered by the 4PM deadline. A funeral only happens once! There were more than two hours, but they could not get that done. I called another florist on the other line, and they arranged to get one there. From You Flowers then offered me a 30% discount, which I said was unacceptable since this arrangement wasn't going to be used. Finally after a few delays of waiting time I was offered as I demanded a full refund to my credit card. And they did call the funeral home to confirm the condition of the flower arrangement. I ended up having to pay almost double to get another florist to make an arrangement and have it delivered in that couple hours. From You Flowers sent me a $20 gift certificate to use on their site (even though my additional cost was $70). The company representative stated they would monitor the quality of flowers coming from that particular florist.
The flowers we ordered were a sympathy arrangement. They were absolutely beautiful. The delivery time was requested to be 3:00, they arrived at almost 4:00. Not an issue for us as the calling hours began at 4:00. This is the second time we ordered 'From You Flowers' and certainly won't be the last.
The flowers were beautiful...I will not hesitate to order flowers by this method again. The receipent said they was the nicest flowers at the funeral. VERY SATISFIED!

The shopping experience was fine - the product though was not so great.
The flowers were bent over and wimpy looking. I also gave a bouquet to my mom for her birthday and after I received mine, I was embarrassed that the quality was so poor.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
