I ordered through you because I had a $10 discount card. When I put in the promotion code it only gave me $4 because the flowers were on sale. That is poor advertising! Then at the end they hit me with a $14.99 delivery charge - That is WAY too high! Not pleased. I hate misrepresentation!

I received a phone call on the date of the delivery - the flowers would be delivered the next day. I was charged a separate fee to ensure same-day delivery. I don't understand why that was an option if the service was not going to be available. When the representative called me, I was not offered a refund of the same-day delivery charge. :(

The overall experience was great with this company. They kept me posted on delivery issues and made every effort to get the bouquet to the event before it needed to be there. I was a bit disappointed in the arrangement. I didn't mind (and do understand) having to substitute some of the arrangement flowers. The colors were nice but the arrangement looked "tired" - roses past their prime and even the filler flowers not too fresh. I will definitely use this company again for their customer service.

Easy to navigate the site. Good selection and good prices, though the shipping/delivery fee was a bit hefty. I paid the extra fee for the flowers to be delivered before noon, but they were delivered in the afternoon instead.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
