Would have liked to know how many pounds of candy is in the different baskets.
I also don't know for sure WHEN the basket arrived and I paid extra for it to get there in the morning. I don't think it did. I don't want to ask the recipient.
I don't like that the 14.99 charge didnt show up until after I had already entered my credit card information. I would have been nice to have a better idea of what the actual total will be prior to having to input my credit card information, or much earlier in the check out process. But, it appears this is standard practice for all flower shopping sites. So may be something I just have to live with as a consumer.
This gift was for my mother's birthday. Unfortunately the basket was broken n two spots. The fruit is great and she is really enjoying the arrangement, b ut disappointed that the basket was damaged. Customer service offered a $20 discount on future purchase. That is appreciated.

I would have liked the total estimated cost be disclosed prior to submitting payment info for order review. The folders came with a get well balloon when the occasion was for an anniversary.

I was dissapoint that the flowers didn't look like the picture.I know that you can't do that all of the time but was hoping for the exotic looking flowers in the arragement like the in the picture.
Did not get delivered on the day promised...also the credit offered was only good for "x" days; should be for as long as needed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
